  • Productive Technologies Company Limited (HKEX listed) on the acquisition of the China solar business from RENA Technologies GmbH

  • JSG (SSE listed) on its proposed establishment of joint venture with Applied Materials focusing on photovoltaic manufacturing equipment and solutions

  • An international investor on its investment in Suning Sports as the lead Series A preferred investor, its investment in OneSmart Education as the lead Series A+ preferred investor and several other equity investment transactions in the healthcare sector, real estate sector and TMT sector

  • Nestlé on its pre-IPO convertible note investment in New Ruipeng Pet Group

  • ByteDance on its investment in a Middle East based last-mile delivery company as a Series A+ investor
